Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to borrowers, taxing authorities, PMI companies, and vendors to request billings for tickler accounts.
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding taxes, mortgage insurance, 203K wires, payments, and refunds.
• Research delinquent tax, MIP, PMI, and special assessment ticklers.
• Monitor tax vendor activities and research duplicate tax contracts.
• Monitor non-escrowed accounts to ensure timely escrow payments.
