Responsibilities

• Reviews and modifies tax, MIP/PMI, and insurance buckets and researches escrow shortages and overages.
• Creates custom audit reports in Mortgage Builder (MB) and Excel.
• Collaborates with software vendor support personnel to generate monthly audits.
• Creates overage checks, matches with batch printouts, and sends to customers monthly.
• Explains audit results to customers and responds to inquiries regarding payment changes and escrow requirements.
