Responsibilities

• Complete routine residential resale, refinance or builder escrow transactions, including document preparation and submission of the closing disclosure.
• Read and understand title commitments.
• Resolve title issues (e.g., corrective deeds, vesting, liens, bankruptcies, encumbrances).
• Coordinate the closing between all parties to the escrow.
• Maintain cordial relationships with realtors, lenders, builders, buyers and sellers.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
