Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the escrow process, including opening and closing escrow accounts and processing funds.

• Prepare and review escrow instructions, title documents, closing statements, and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and perform due diligence.
