Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four-year college preferred with related experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to read, interpret and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Escrow Officers in residential closings and escrow tasks.
• Prepare escrow instructions and disbursements.
• Maintain escrow and title business relationships with Realtors, lenders and buyers.
