Job summary

Victory Title, Inc. is seeking an on-site Escrow Officer for our Terre Haute, IN office. You will manage escrow files from opening to post-closing, prepare settlement statements, coordinate signings, and ensure funds are properly received and disbursed.

You will conduct real estate closings, explain documents to parties, verify lender and regulatory requirements, and communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to deliver a professional closing experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with escrow processes and balancing files.
• Proficiency in closings and settlement statements for residential real estate.
• Active Notary commission (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong customer service skills and clear communication.
• Knowledge of title and real estate industry practices and regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with closing software and document management systems.
• Prior experience in a title company, law firm, or real estate closing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate/finance education a plus.
