Job summary

CRC Group in Indianapolis seeks an experienced Escrow Officer to join our title services team. You will manage escrow transactions with realtors, loan officers, buyers and sellers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of escrow experience, a valid Escrow Officer license, and proficiency with SoftPro Select. You will handle document preparation, disbursements, and recording, while safeguarding confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of escrow experience
• Licensed Escrow Officer required
• Knowledge of title insurance and real property law
• Proficient with SoftPro Select is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking
• Ability to handle confidential information
• High level of accountability

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with realtors, loan officers, brokers, buyers and sellers to facilitate pre- and post-closing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal escrow laws and monitor contract terms.
• Prepare and review escrow agreements, closing documents, and settlement statements.
• Disburse funds and record documents promptly.
• Maintain trust custody of funds and documents until obligations are satisfied.
• Order updates from underwriters and determine clearance to close.
• Deliver closing packages to all parties.
