Flying S Title and Escrow in Preston, ID is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage residential and basic commercial closings from receipt to completion. The role requires handling escrow accounts, title reviews, and closings with attention to detail and customer focus.

The ideal candidate has four years of experience in escrow, strong people skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and Notary within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• Four years' experience, including experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, or other related experience.
• Customer service oriented with ability to build relationships.
• Strong sales and marketing skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and seek help when needed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic to advanced computer skills; able to learn new programs.

Responsabilités

• Meet with attorneys, realtors, lenders, and customers to draft escrow instructions for residential closings.
• Check title commitments and tax certificates for accuracy and clearance prior to closing.
• Set up accurate escrow files and initial filings.
• Prepare closings by coordinating pay-offs, loans, liens, and required documents.
• Execute closing documents and distribute final policies and closings.
• Manage and administer trust accounts.
• Answer questions from realtors, attorneys, buyers, and sellers regarding insurance, taxes, and title work.
• Develop and maintain client base through effective marketing and high-quality service.
