Responsabilités

• Actively market escrow services to clients.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on outreach.
• Participate in networking events to grow the client base.
• Manage residential, commercial, and national escrow transactions.
• Prepare and present closing documents and escrow instructions.
• Coordinate closings, recordings, disbursements, and title issuance.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and company policies.
• Notary duties per NNA guidelines.
• Mentor junior escrow staff for experienced candidates.
