Qualifications

• Licensed Title Insurance agent with at least 5 years of real estate or title experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from start to finish.
• Experience with Qualia, Simplifile, and Snapdocs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare closing statements, Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, and HUDs when applicable.
• Review title commitments, identify defects, and coordinate curative items.
• Schedule remote, mobile, attorney, and mail-away closings and balance escrow accounts accurately.

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Title Insurance agent with five years of prior real estate or title insurance experience.
• Advanced knowledge of the entire title process from beginning to end.
• Experience with Qualia, Simplifile, and Snapdocs is preferred.
