Job summary

Rally Point Title Agency & 1031 Exchange Services LLC is seeking an Escrow Officer Assistant to join our team in New Jersey. You will coordinate with realtors, loan officers, and other professionals to support client closings and ensure smooth real estate transactions.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with title and escrow software. Prior escrow experience is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous escrow closing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and escrow.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software, including familiarity with title and escrow software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other professionals in the real estate industry and assist our closing team
• Review complex documents such as purchase and sale agreements and lender instructions
• Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
• Prepare and deliver closing documents to clients and staff
• Perform administrative tasks
