Job summary

AmTrust Title Insurance is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer in Keller, TX to manage residential real estate escrow from opening to closing. • Previous experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Agent, or similar real estate/title role preferred.
• Relevant state licensing or certification, where applicable, and bonded eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end escrow process for residential real estate transactions from opening to closing.
• Prepare and review escrow and closing documents; balance files and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and attorneys to facilitate closings.
• Verify title commitments, funds, documents, and ensure proper recording and disbursement.
• Provide responsive customer service and explanations of closing documents.
• Oversee signings including notarial acts and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Role Description

The Escrow Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Keller, TX, responsible for managing the escrow process for residential real estate transactions from opening to closing. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing escrow and closing documents, coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys, and ensuring all funds and documents are accurately received, recorded, and disbursed. The role involves verifying title commitments, resolving escrow-related issues, balancing files, and maintaining compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. The Escrow Officer will provide responsive customer service, explain closing documents clearly, oversee signings including notarial acts where required, and support a smooth, timely closing experience for all parties.
