Trust Title LLC is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to own transactions end-to-end. You will oversee the full lifecycle from intake to post-closing, guiding team performance across every function, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and working with ownership to refine systems and scale operations.

Compensation includes On-Target Earnings of $80,000+ plus benefits. The role features opportunities for professional growth in a high-standard title environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of escrow experience.
• Strong knowledge of title, escrow, and full workflow.
• Familiar with TitleWave or Qualia (preferred).
• Able to handle a high volume of calls and file management.
• Knowledge of audits (TDI) and fraud prevention.
• Strong communication, client management, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own escrow transactions end-to-end from contract to funding.
• Support the full team across all functions.
• Oversee deal flow across intake, escrow, and closing.
• Maintain accurate accounting, reconciliation, and clean files.
• Review title and resolve issues pre-closing.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness (TDI), and client relationships.
