Fidelity National Title Company of Wyoming, LLC is seeking an Escrow Assistant to provide in-office administrative and escrow support at our Cody area office. The role includes file preparation, earnest money processing, and closing support, along with front-desk duties.
Hours are full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, on-site in Cody/Laramie/Cheyenne. Prior administrative or customer service experience is preferred; Notary Public (Wyoming) and Title Insurance Producers license are a plus.

The Escrow Assistant provides in-office administrative and operational support to the escrow team while also serving as the receptionist the office. This role assists with file preparation, earnest money processing, and closing support, in addition to handling receptionist responsibilities such as greeting clients, answering phones, and preparing closing rooms.
LOCATION: This position is based on site at one of our offices located in Cody, Laramie, or Cheyenne.
HOURS: Full-Time / Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm
