FCB Banks is seeking an Escrow & Loan Insurance Specialist in Collinsville, IL. This onsite role will manage escrow accounts tied to insurance and taxes, ensuring coverage is current and compliance is maintained. You will serve as a point of contact for escrow inquiries and support loan servicing operations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with loan servicing and escrow management systems.
• Ability to navigate core banking platforms and document imaging systems.
• Knowledge of escrow administration, insurance and tax disbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain hazard and property insurance coverage for loan accounts.
• Obtain and maintain flood insurance per regulatory requirements.
• Monitor evidence of insurance and initiate force-placed procedures when required.
• Monitor escrow accounts using core system and track renewals and policy updates.
• Ensure timely payment of escrowed insurance premiums.
• Ensure timely payment of escrowed real estate taxes.
• Prepare and deliver annual escrow analysis statements to borrowers per guidelines.
• Monitor escrow shortages, surpluses, and communicate with borrowers.
• Answer main phone line and route inquiries professionally.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state banking regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate escrow records in the servicing system.
• Complete additional duties to maintain efficiency.
• Force place insurance when required.
