Job summary

Venture Title & Escrow is seeking an Escrow Assistant – Funding in Treasure Valley, Idaho. The role supports the escrow team by funding and disbursing real estate transactions, processing funds, preparing final documents, and ensuring files move smoothly to closing.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy and timely communication across Escrow Officers and team members.

Qualifications

• One year of title, escrow, or related industry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with paperless production software.

Responsibilities

• Support funding and disbursement activities, including editing and printing checks, balancing files, posting wires, and depositing checks.
• Audit files prior to disbursement to confirm required items are completed.
• Disburse files per Trust Accounting policy and complete remote nightly deposits.
• Upload final documents and distribute them to parties and coordinate with delivery teams.
