Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Closing Assistant to join our on-site team in Reno, NV. This role reviews commitments, orders estoppels, pays off, clears title requirements, and prepares CD settlement statements to help ensure homeowner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience with Microsoft Office, plus strong receptionist or customer service skills to welcome guests and support daily office operations. On-site compensation is competitive.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reception and/or customer service training preferred.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review commitments, order estoppels, pay offs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements.
• Ensure homebuyers are satisfied with service and participate in marketing to attract clients.
• Maintain and organize the office lobby and greet guests professionally.
• Answer and assist callers with polished telephone etiquette.
• Assist in daily clerical duties and office supply management.
