Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage document processing, title clearance, and closing activities on-site. You will coordinate with the Escrow Manager and handle instructions, audits, and settlement details to ensure accurate closings.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years of escrow experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Notary license with reliable transportation. A strong focus on confidentiality and compliance with escrow procedures is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Notary license is required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates daily responsibilities with the Branch or Escrow Manager.
• Obtains demands/releases to clear title and draws instructions.
• Audits and closes file when funds and documents are received.
• Disburses funds and writes escrow instructions with approvals.
• Reviews commitment or preliminary title report for vesting and legal description.
• Orders beneficiary statements, fire insurance, loan interest, rents, and prorations.
