Fidelity National Financial is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support escrow officers through all closing stages. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing documents, communicating with clients, agents, and lenders, and ensuring files are accurate, complete, and compliant.
This onsite position is based in Shelton, Washington. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and 1–2 years of real estate-related experience.

The Escrow Assistant provides support to escrow officers in all phases of real estate closings. This role prepares and reviews documents, communicates with clients, agents, and lenders, and ensures files are accurate, complete, and compliant. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service are essential to deliver smooth and timely transactions.
This position is onsite based in Shelton, WA.
Assist escrow officer with opening, processing, and closing escrow files. Order title commitments, loan payoffs, and other necessary documents. Review and prepare escrow instructions, amendments, and settlement statements. Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and internal staff regarding status and required items. Manage incoming funds and disbursements per escrow instructions. Maintain compliance with state and company regulations.
FNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $20.00 – $23.00 hourly. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability), paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off, and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
