Fidelity National Title Ins Co in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to support the opening, maintaining, and closing of escrow accounts and to prepare and edit correspondence and documents.
You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, respond to client inquiries, and ensure files and records are accurate while meeting tight deadlines under minimal supervision. This role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Commercial Escrow Assistant will provide support during the opening, maintaining, and closing of escrow accounts. The role involves creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients pertaining to the sale or refinance of real estate. The assistant must manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines within a fast‑paced environment and work under minimal supervision.
Onsite based in Phoenix, AZ.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
