Job summary

FNF Group is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support opening, maintaining, and closing escrow accounts in our Scottsdale, AZ office. You will assist escrow officers, prepare and edit documents, maintain case files, and coordinate with clients on sale or refinance transactions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Scottsdale, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Bachelor’s and/or associate degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist escrow officers with opening, maintaining, and closing escrow accounts.
• Create and edit correspondence and documents; maintain files and records.
• Provide services to clients pertaining to sale or refinance of real estate.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members; respond to inquiries professionally.
