Job summary

FNF Group is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support opening, maintaining, and closing escrow accounts in our Scottsdale, AZ office. You will assist escrow officers, prepare and edit documents, maintain case files, and coordinate with clients on sale or refinance transactions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Onsite in Scottsdale, with occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in an office environment.
• Bachelor’s and/or associate degree strongly preferred.

They assist escrow officers by creating and editing correspondence and documents, maintaining files and records, and providing services to clients pertaining to the sale or refinance of real estate.
