Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of escrow, title, or real estate closing experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; some college or bachelor’s degree is nice to have.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry software systems.
• Customer service mindset with a problem‑solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Support escrow officers by preparing, reviewing, and organizing escrow and closing documents.
• Coordinate communication with lenders, real estate professionals, and clients to keep transactions moving smoothly.
• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, file management, and data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in balancing files, disbursing funds, and following compliance procedures.
• Resolve routine questions and escalate complex issues to escrow officers as needed.
• Maintain professional, customer‑focused service throughout every transaction.
• Contribute to a collaborative office environment and support overall branch operations.
