Qualifications

• Experience supporting real estate closings and managing related documentation.
• Notary commission or eligibility to obtain a Notary commission within a defined timeframe.
• Knowledge of escrow procedures, settlement statements, and compliance requirements.
• Background in Residential Real Estate, title, lending, or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication and client follow-up.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in document handling.
• Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn title/escrow systems.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple files simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in a title company or escrow environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare closing files and ensure all required paperwork is complete.
• Review documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents.
• Schedule closings and assist with funding authorizations.
• Work closely with the Escrow Officer to ensure transactions are processed efficiently.
