Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate residential real estate closings.
• Prepare escrow instructions, closing documents, and title paperwork.
• Receive, manage, and disburse escrow funds in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Review transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and internal team members.
• Communicate transaction status, outstanding requirements, and closing timelines to all parties.
• Ensure escrow and title documents are processed accurately and within required deadlines.
• Maintain organized and complete transaction files.
• Address questions and help resolve issues that could delay closing.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each transaction.

Our client, a well-established title and escrow organization, is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer / Escrow Assistant to support residential real estate transactions from initial processing through closing.

Compensation

• $50,000–$65,000+ DOE
• Compensation is negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or equivalent required
