Prophet Homes is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow Officer in managing the escrow process from start to finish, with a front-end focus. Based in Plano, TX, you will work closely with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to prepare documents, track deadlines, and ensure accurate closings while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of escrow, title, or real estate experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and organize all escrow documents.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other parties.
• Assist in facilitating closings and resolving title curatives.
• Identify and troubleshoot potential escrow delays.
• Maintain transaction files per policies and regulations.
• Conduct property research using CAD databases and tax records.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the escrow process.
