You will provide essential administrative and customer support throughout the escrow process, helping keep transactions moving and customers informed while learning the escrow business from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders and preparing closing documents.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process to keep them informed.
• Interpret agreements related to escrow closings and support the closer as needed.
• Work with various technologies to facilitate escrow transactions and enhance the customer experience.
