Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, transaction coordination or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with escrow-related software (DocuSign and Qualia a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist Escrow Officers with residential purchase, refinance, and other escrow transactions.
• Open new escrow files and accurately enter transaction information.
• Order and review preliminary title reports, payoff demands, HOA documents, and other required items.
• Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title representatives, and other transaction parties.
• Prepare and distribute escrow documents and correspondence.
• Support the Escrow Officers and team with daily administrative and operational needs.
