LUXRE Realty in Orange County is seeking an Experienced Escrow Officer or Escrow Assistant to join our fast-paced escrow team. The role involves handling multiple transactions end-to-end, communicating with real estate agents and brokers, and ensuring accuracy in documentation.

The ideal candidate has at least two years as an escrow assistant and five or more years as an escrow officer, with proficiency in SMS, Closing Tracker, Outlook, Green Folders, and DocuSign.

Qualifications

• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple transactions end-to-end.
• Professional and discreet with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Real Estate Agents and Brokers.
• Open escrow for purchase, refinance, REO, and short sale.
• Prepare transactions for the purchase, resale, and refinance of the property.
• Prepare and proofread any documentation that goes out.
• Respond to a high volume of escrow questions.
• Upload escrow documentation into the escrow system.

7c Escrow is a growing relationship driven escrow company committed to elevating the escrow experience for agents ,buyers and sellers .We are expanding .We are seeking an Experienced Escrow Officer or Escrow assistant who lives in the Orange County area . The ideal candidate must have at least two years as an escrow assistant and 5 or more years of experience as an escrow officer. Must be professional and thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Able to communicate with Real Estate Agents and Brokers.
• Opening escrow for purchase, refinance, REO, and short sale.
• Prepare transactions for the purchase, resale, and refinance of the property.
• Prepare and proofread any documentation that goes out.
• Respond to a high volume of escrow questions.
• Uploading escrow documentation into the escrow system SMS.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in SMS, Closing Tracker, Outlook, Green Folders, and DocuSign.
