Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgements.
• Order title commitments and distribute to all parties.
• Prepare receipts for all funds received.
• Assist with administrative tasks as requested.
• Customer service: handle calls regarding transactions.
