Qualifications

• Customer service experience or ability to interact with lenders, buyers, and agents.
• Experience performing administrative tasks in a real estate or escrow environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgements to all parties.
• Order title commitments and distribute to all parties.
• Order payoff/assumption statements and coordinate closing documents.
• Receive payments and prepare receipts for funds from customers or lenders.
• Arrange wire transfers and provide wiring instructions.
• Assist with pre-closing and closing processes as needed.
• Support branch manager with administrative tasks and file maintenance.
• Handle inquiries related to file status from customers and agents.
