In this role, you'll operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, providing high‑level administrative and operational support to Escrow Officers while stepping in where needed to ensure continuity of service and seamless transactions.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting complex transactions, and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow‑up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

Pay Range

$18.46 – $24.63 per hour – This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
