Guardian Savings Bank in Cincinnati is seeking an Escrow Specialist to assist borrowers with everyday escrow needs, including taxes, insurance, PMI and related analyses. The role requires clear communication, meticulous data handling and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with borrowers and internal partners to resolve complex escrow issues and ensure accurate account setup.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required; additional college credits preferred.
• 1–2 years escrow experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and phone skills required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in escrow transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle complex escrow analyses, taxes, insurance, PMI, and monthly payment changes.
• Take ownership of escalated issues and resolve research and servicing requests.
• Train new employees and cross-train staff on escrow, tax, insurance, and analysis functions.
• Respond to quality control and compliance findings and inquiries.
• Prepare and process wires to third-party tax and insurance providers.
• Explain escrow analyses and calculations to customers by phone and in writing.
