• Performs individual escrow analyses as requested by other departments.
• Reviews mass analysis for anomalies to comply with RESPA requirements.
• Documents and communicates policy/procedure changes with management.
• Identifies areas for process improvement and efficiency.
• Complies with organizational policies and applicable laws and regulations.
• Completes required training in a timely manner.
