Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred BKFS MSP or Sagent experience.
• Experience with escrow analysis, tax, hazard insurance and MIP/PMI is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Ability to use good judgment.
• Experience with MS Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains workflow volume for Escrow Analysis to meet internal and private investor SLAs.
• Handles escalated loan-level issues and researches complex inquiries.
• Works with management to ensure audits are completed timely.
• Performs individual escrow analysis as requested by other departments.
• Reviews mass analysis for RESPA compliance and accuracy.
• Completes tasks within SLAs.
• Documents and communicates policy changes and implements them.
• Identifies areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Completes required training courses on time.

Position Summary:

The Escrow Analysis Specialist I will ensure that policy and procedures for the department are strictly adhered to, federal and private investor guidelines are followed and that business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains the workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA)

• Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments

• Works with management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Performs individual escrow analysis as requested by other departments

• Reviews mass analysis for anomalies and ensures accurate and timely analysis per RESPA requirements

• Completes task within SLA’s

• Works with the Manager to document, communicate, and implement changes in policy and procedures

• Identifies areas for improvement and efficiency

• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws and regulations

• Completes required training courses in a timely manner

Computer Skills:

Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent preferred.
