Responsibilities

• Handle complex escrow inquiries related to analyses, taxes, insurance, PMI and payment changes.
• Take ownership of escalated customer account issues and resolve research/servicing requests.
• Train new employees and cross-train staff on escrow, tax, insurance and analysis functions.
• Respond to quality control and compliance review findings and inquiries.
• Prepare monthly reporting to ensure escrow adjustments are processed in compliance with RESPA.
• Review and document accounts with payment changes outside escrow tolerances.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal partners to resolve escrow issues and correct setup discrepancies.
