The Escape Game, LLC is looking for a Support Coordinator to ensure high standards in their interactive experiences. This role involves quality control on produced components and on-site support during new store launches. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, be mechanically inclined, and be passionate about experiential entertainment.

Responsibilities include overseeing quality control, resolving issues in shops, and training staff. The position requires traveling for repairs and support as needed, with expected hours ranging from 40-70 per week depending on location.

Formación

• A love for escape games and experiential entertainment.
• Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Keep experiences running at a high standard from build through daily operations.
• Handle quality control on shop-produced components.
• Provide on-site support during game launches and troubleshoot issues.

Conocimientos

Strong organizational & communication skills

Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds

Basic Google Suite experience

Basic understanding of production and fabrication processes
