Job summary

The Escape Game is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead on-site installation projects, including store installs, expansions, infills, reskins, and renovations. You will oversee daily crew activities, coordinate with general contractors and trades, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while delivering epic interactive experiences.

Expect frequent travel (85%+), long trips with extended hours, and overtime; office hours are Mon-Fri with installation days varying.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or a related trade.
• Prior experience leading or supervising a crew on a job site.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and installation guides.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead, managing day-to-day crew activities and workflow during installation projects.
• Coordinate with project leadership, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedule.
• Conduct daily crew briefings, assign tasks, and ensure all team members understand daily objectives.
• Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
• Track and communicate daily progress, issues, and schedule impacts to project leadership.
• Mentor and develop Installers on-site, providing guidance on techniques and best practices.
