Qualifications

• Love for escape games and experiential entertainment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces for extended periods.
• Basic Google Suite experience (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Understanding of production and fabrication processes, including CNC, Carpentry, Scenic, Paint, and Controls Technology.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and general building systems (electrical, plumbing, lighting).
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or facilities issues and coordinating repairs with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for issues in assigned zone across stores.
• Resolve issues via tickets and calls.
• Travel for repairs as needed and coordinate with Ops for resolution.
• Facilitate repairs with third-party vendors.
• Train stores on safe tool usage.
• Be an ambassador of TEG's brand during site visits.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot control systems (PLCs, sensors, wiring, lighting).
• Coordinate with product/build teams on controls integration for new games.
