Job summary

VCU Health is seeking an ERP Applications Analyst Staff to join a hybrid team. The role focuses on analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and operation of ERP processes across HCM, FIN, or SCM, reporting to the ERP Workstream Manager.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in ERP tech, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Workday. Responsibilities include testing, data integrity, reporting, and user support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience working in a technical capacity in the ERP application.
• Acts as primary ERP liaison with key departments and/or committees.
• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong understanding of designated workstream.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Financials and/or SCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops configuration, process design, report development, testing, and may train end users for the ERP platform within the functional area.
• Provides technical and functional expertise to the Project team.
• Performs data reconciliations and audits to ensure data integrity and mitigate future issues.
• Coordinates system testing and assists with ERP releases and patches.
