Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University Health seeks an ERP Workstream Analyst in Richmond, hybrid position with on-site presence for meetings or collaboration. You will support ERP implementation, design, configuration, and reporting within HCM, FIN, or SCM workstreams.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be the SME for a functional area, provide strategies and analysis, and contribute to change management and end-user training while building ERP dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical skills and strong understanding of the designated workstream.
• Demonstrated skill in process improvement and project implementation.
• Acts as primary ERP liaison with key departments and/or committees.

Responsibilities

• Develops configuration, process design, report development, testing, and may train end users for the ERP platform.
• Provides technical and functional expertise to project teams and ensures data integrity through reconciliations and audits.
• Coordinates system testing, regression testing for new features, and communicates changes to end users.
