Job summary

Arnold Oil Company of Austin is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to own and support core business systems, including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, WMS, integrations, and reporting platforms. Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution systems.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT or similar discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), WMS, integrations, and reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Configure JDE E1 modules and other business applications to support operational needs.
• Support integrations between JDE E1, warehouse systems, eCommerce platforms, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business operations.
• Analyze system data to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with business teams to improve workflows and system usage.
• Work with vendors and developers when specialized development or support is required.
• Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of system enhancements.
