Position Title: JD Edwards Business Analyst

Location: Wincester, VA

Duration: Contract-to-Hire

Employment Type: No C2C or third party vendors at this time

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments.
• Strong functional expertise in JDE Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules.
• Must have hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF‑enabled warehouse operations.
• Experience supporting warehouse processes including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and inventory control.
• Strong understanding of WMS/JDE integrations and EDI transactions.
• Experience working in manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and project delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams and cross‑functional business groups.
• Client‑facing experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RFSmart or other RF/mobile warehouse solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies.
• Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and automation solutions.
• Experience supporting large‑scale ERP transformation or modernization initiatives.
