Job summary

Arnold Oil Company of Austin is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst in Austin, TX. The role supports JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, WMS, and reporting platforms, providing Level 2/3 application support and driving system improvements.

You will configure JDE E1 modules, troubleshoot issues, and lead integrations with warehouse systems and eCommerce partners while collaborating with business teams to enhance workflows and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne strongly preferred).
• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution systems.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, or EDI processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), WMS, integrations, and reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Enterprise Applications Analyst will report directly to the Vice President – Information Technology, and supports and improves the company’s core business systems including ERP, warehouse management, integrations, and reporting platforms. This role provides Level 2/3 application support, resolves complex system issues, and works directly with business teams to implement improvements.

This is a hands‑on role responsible for configuring systems, implementing changes, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system integrations. While vendors and developers will assist with specialized development, this position is expected to own system functionality and drive solutions to completion.

The primary job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications including JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1), WMS, integrations, and reporting systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
