Excelerate is seeking Transformation Architects to lead complex client engagements, translate challenges into actionable strategies, and drive sustainable transformation. You will develop business cases, KPIs, and enablement programs across people, processes, and technology, partnering with clients to deliver measurable outcomes.

We value collaborative, transparent leadership, flexible work styles, and a culture that rewards growth and impact. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Management consulting or equivalent experience leading transformation initiatives.
• Proven results delivering measurable outcomes in process transformation, program management, or organizational change.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to engage senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements or workstreams from initiation through delivery with high-quality outcomes.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable, insight-driven strategies via data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead operational improvement and transformation programs aligning people, processes and technology.
• Develop business cases, KPIs, and performance frameworks to measure impact.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to co-create solutions with clients.
• Oversee vendor evaluations, digital solution implementations, and SI partnerships.
• Design and deliver change management, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.
