Job summary

Houston Methodist Research Institute seeks an ERP Senior Business Analyst to optimize Workday and related enterprise systems, translating business needs into scalable financial and grant management solutions.

The role leads ERP analysis, configuration, testing, and support across upgrades and new releases, mentoring junior analysts and partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in ERP business system analysis, requirement gathering and documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead role in system implementations and gathers stakeholder support to ensure project success
• Provides training and mentoring for team members through formal and informal methods on new functionalities
• Takes a lead role in triaging incidents and ensures issues are resolved by appropriate team members
• Partners with customers and team members to translate complex business requirements into viable ERP solutions, identifying potential benefits, and re-engineering workflow processes to achieve anticipated benefits
• Proactively seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, and effectively manages client expectations. Defines service level agreements (SLAs)
