Houston Methodist Research Institute seeks an experienced ERP Senior Business Analyst to optimize Workday and related ERP applications across finance and grant administration. You will lead requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and mentor junior analysts.

You will collaborate with operations, finance, and research stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, driving improvements with strong project management and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or related field.
• Five years' experience in ERP business system analysis, requirement gathering and documentation.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead role in system implementations, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Triages incidents and ensures timely resolution by the appropriate teams.
• Provides training and mentoring for team members on new functionalities.
• Leads requirements gathering sessions and documents complex business needs.
• Partners with business leads to translate requirements into viable ERP solutions.
