Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Senior ERP Application Analyst, Grants to optimize and support Workday ERP with a focus on grants. You will partner with Research teams and IT leadership to deliver scalable, automated solutions and improve processes.

The role requires deep grant knowledge, strong analytics, and experience leading ERP initiatives. This position supports a hybrid work model and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with ERP systems, 5+ in Workday Grants, Finance and Payroll.
• Deep understanding of grant administration lifecycle and Workday implementation.
• Experience configuring Workday Payroll Accounting and cost allocations for grants.
• Experience with large-scale, full-cycle ERP implementations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner for Research teams to align Workday with enterprise objectives.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Grants components (grants, sponsors, awards, budgets, billing, invoicing).
• Provide Tier 2/3 production support across Workday modules, with root cause analysis and documented solutions.
• Lead end-to-end ERP initiatives including design, testing, deployment, change control, and training support.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in a customer-focused environment.
