Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of progressive project management experience; 5+ years with enterprise system implementations or large IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal IT, HR, Finance, Budget and other County departments for ERP implementation.
• Manage external partners (Journey Partner, System Integrator, ERP Vendor) and ensure alignment with go-live deadlines.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports; track milestones and risk management.
• Oversee budget, invoices, contracts, and SOWs; coordinate with Purchasing and County Attorney's office.
• Lead go-live readiness activities, data validation, parallel operations, and cutover planning.
• Support organizational change management and training activities across County departments.
