Job summary

Nexiva Inc in Fairfax, VA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale ERP transformation from Oracle PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud for a major higher education institution in Northern Virginia. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, budget, and risks, drive data migration and testing, and ensure go-live readiness and post-production support.

The role requires PMP and 5+ years of ERP project leadership, with hybrid onsite work and USC/GC work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or PM.
• 5+ years of enterprise IT or ERP project experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery across business and tech teams.
• Establish governance, plans, reporting cadence, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and changes.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live readiness, and post-production support.
• Track vendor performance and budget utilization.
• Maintain governance and audit documentation.
